Bugs & Feature Requests
We are also fixing some of the bugs that are already reported by users of OrangeHRM. Similarly, adding some of features request by users on OrangeHRM community.

Future Goals:

PUCIT-OrangeHRM
We'll modify OrangeHRM to make it suitable for deploying in PUCIT.

Resume Processing
This feature is going to be added in Recruitment Module. The recruitment process will most probably be ontology based. The resumes of job applicants will be processed to filter the suitable candidates.

Attendance Module
Thumb recognition will be used to record the attendance of employees. This work is already done by FAST, we'll collaborate with them to get the details and merge that if possible.

Discussion Board
This will be a discussion forum through which all the employees, management and relevant persons would be able to communicate. They will be able to share information, discuss problems and issues, post comments etc. Chat module can also be added to it.

Performance Appraisal
This module will carry out the performance appraisal for employees after a specific time period. It will help the organization create high-value performance appraisals.
